Forms to Download
Stallion Nomination Form - to be completed and returned with a £25 deposit to secure
nomination or email the form and pay the deposit by Paypal. The deposit is deducted
from the stud fee.
Mare Booking Form - to accompany mare on arrival at the stud. On arrival £100 is
paid - deductable from the stud fee.
Chilled Semen Form - to order semen from our stallions to be shipped to you. Full payment must be made before Chilled Semen is shipped.
Mares for outside stallion - to enable chilled semen to be shipped to stud from other stallions.

Payment
Initially a booking fee of only £25 (deductable from the stud fee) should be sent with the nomination form.
A deposit of £100 should accompany the mare on arrival at West End Farm Stud again deductable from the stud fee. The mare booking farm should also arrive with the mare.
The balance of the stud fee is payable once your mare has been covered.
We now accept Paypal payment for fees due to the stud. Please see below.
